Stimulate your body with a tailored fitness workout designed by Australian Sport Scientist and previous jump rope world record holder and individual and team gold medallist, Kirstin Morris. Having worked with some of Australia's top Olympic athletes and having a PhD in Sports Physiology, Kirstin understands the importance of individualisation and can create a fun but challenging workout designed to improve overall aerobic fitness. Fitness workouts have a speed, interval work and double under focus and we can work in drills of your favourite skills. *For a 1:1 session, the cost is $40 (AUD), however if you bring along 1-3 friends for the session, the price comes down to $30 per person ($60-$120 total). To keep these sessions well-tailored, the maximum number of participants is 4 people.
